Automotive connector applications is becoming increasingly popular, from a variety of on-board equipment supporting the car gradually increased. Which applications and with the most widely used is the USB connector, USB is gradually developing into a standard transport protocols to ensure the reliability of data transmission between electronic products and existing vehicle equipment.
1, USB connector manufacturer - Shenzhen STC Electronic to choose a suitable terminal connector?
How to choose the terminal connection system, provided that it must be able to ensure that the requirements in the life of the vehicle Termination good. The problem here may face include a low contact resistance and impedance, and the homogeneity of the connector receptacle and the terminal contact patch area.
2, How to design the overall structure of the motor connector?
Currently USB interface device gradually began to use the car, the connector and the cable car are often not based on harsh environments. Therefore, the most simple circuit design is not necessarily the most successful design. The device loose laying cables, adapters, wires, especially the shield poor line connection will significantly worsen electromagnetic condition of the vehicle interior.
In the complex unstable implants: vibration, humidity, gas contamination and mechanical stress, the related components are still running. Vehicle USB interface connector must be about 20 years in the life of the patch can guarantee 20 000.
3, Shenzhen STC Electronic is still optimistic about the future of vehicle connector. Use mini or micro USB interface is also trend in the automotive connector development. Cope with rapid updates forefront of electronic products (such as a laptop, ipad, iPods, mobile phones, MP3 players and memory sticks, etc.) has also increased. The use of the car other industrial connectors will also be more widely used in future electric vehicles.
